Cantuccini all'Arancio is the confectionery product obtained by the craftsmanship of a dough made from excellent raw materials including flour, candied orange, sugar, eggs, butter, honey and then baked in the oven. Then it is cut to have the characteristic shape and finally it is packaged.

The Panforte Factory produces a rich variety of typical Sienese sweets, the artisan workshop is located in Pian dei Mori, a stone's throw from Sovicille, in the province of Siena. The company was founded in 1994 at the behest of the owner, Cecilia Solenni, with the aim of making Sienese confectionery known in compliance with two values: the quality of the raw materials selected and the excellence of craftsmanship.
