Gaia, the name of the Goddess with whom the ancient Greeks honored the Earth, is a multi-varietal wine, which proposes in a modern key the historical Argentine tradition of making a single vinification by mixing various types of grapes.
Of intense violet color, notes of red and black fruit with spicy aromas stand out on the nose. Juicy and fruity taste with ripe tannins. Medium to full body.

Grape varieties: 100% Malbec Aged in French oak between 8 and 10 months.
Vinification: manual harvest. Cold maceration for 72 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a maximum temperature of 27° C for 12 days. Aging in French oak between 8 and 10 months.

Domaine Bousquet is located in the Uco Valley, Tupungato, in the Mendoza region. This winery wants to combine French and Argentine know-how to produce labels recognized and appreciated worldwide.
