Clear ruby red with a floral and fruity bouquet, particularly evident the hint of ripe cherry and fresh purple. Wine of good structure, quite tannic, intense and with good persistence. It is elegant and fine, well balanced between softness and tannins.

Grape varieties: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: in steel. Intense initial replacements with maximum temperature control at 28 degrees Celsius; average quiescent maceration on the pomace with racking at a temperature in the lowering phase.
Aging: for 12 months in 20hl oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 18° C
Pairings: red and white meats, cheeses and cold cuts.
