It comes from only Chardonnay grapes grown in the suitable vineyards of Trentino, in that geographically limited area provided for by the Trento Doc specification. The Classic Method applied on this precious base produces a harmonious and elegant sparkling wine. Cesarini Sforza Brut is left to mature for at least 24 months in dark and silent cellars, until it takes on the characteristics that distinguish it in terms of aroma and palate.
Packaging: a 0.75 lt bottle Production area: Avisian Hills (north of Trento), Valle di Cembra, Valsugana. Grapes: 100% Chardonnay Soil type: structured, clayey, deep, rich in dolomite skeleton (Werfen siltite); partly on shallow, less structured, calcareous soils white and gray scale debris, well drained, porphyritic soils. Exposure and altitude: South, South-East from 350 to 700 m above sea level Harvest time: September Fermentation: In stainless steel 100% Aging on the lees: From 24 to 36 months Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol. Organoleptic characteristics: In the glass it has a bright gold color with a fine perlage. On the nose it expresses an intense bouquet of citrus fruits and white flowers with sweet hints of cotton candy and brioches. On the palate an exuberant and creamy sip with a complex structure and a persistent finish.
