Ferrari's Trentodoc Maximum Brut Rosè was produced from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards exposed to the South-East and South-West, at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters above sea level . The harvest of the bunches was carried out by hand, in the first half of September. In compliance with the rules of the Classic or Champenoise Method, the sparkling process took place in the bottle, where the wine rested for 36 months in contact with the yeasts before disgorgement. The term Brut indicates the presence of a residual sugar between 6 and 12 grams/litre.

Ferrari's Trentodoc Maximum Brut Rosè shines in the glass with a pale pink color accompanied by an elegant and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers aromas of snuffbox peach and small red fruits together with notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits and hints of bread crust. On the sip it is soft and balanced, with vibrant freshness and flavor. The finish is enveloping and plays on citrus and pastry references. Ideal as an aperitif, at the table it pairs very well with cured meats and cheeses as well as tasty seafood preparations. Try it with salmon and red tuna sashimi.
