The FIAMMETTA “ORESPRESSO” blend combines in a perfectly identical way two robust, India and Indonesia, which through their strong shrubs offer continuous blooms with a medium-low degree of acidity, a full volume and a very light sweetish component and three Arabicas, Brazil and Ethiopia, harvested in October, with a particularly delicate essence, rich in liqueur notes and strong acidity and India Mysore, which gives this union the heart of oriental scents with hints of pepper and incense.

The transformation of the coffee bean during the roasting process is constantly supervised by skilled hands and eyes that will give the coffee blend a unique final taste and aroma. The love for all this has allowed the product branded Antico Caffè Novecento to be born from this combination of green beans, an authentic, genuine, and spontaneous coffee, sincere.
