The Champagne Brut Nature mag 16 by AR Lenoble is composed of 15% Chardonnay from the Chouilly Grand Cru vineyards, 40% Pinot Noir from the Bisseuil Premier Cru vineyards, and 45% Pinot Meunier from the Damery vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne. The winery has been working since the 1990s with a parcel-by-parcel approach, thus emphasizing the characteristics of each one. At harvest, the grapes are hand-picked, sorted, and then pressed in traditional wooden presses. The musts are placed, according to their specificities, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, in 225L wooden barrels, or in 5000L wooden casks for the first fermentation. The estate's reserve wines are preserved according to the principle of perpetual reserve: each year, a part of the harvest is used to refresh it, while the rest serves as base wine for blending. Since 2010, this reserve has largely been kept in magnums, on the lees, sealed with cork for a minimum of 4 years, hence the name of the mag line. In the 2015 vintage, the percentage of reserve wine is 45.

The Champagne Brut Nature mag16 by AR Lenoble has a pale golden color. On the nose, it is inviting with notes of pear, apple, candied cedar, hints of ginger, bread crust, and salted butter. On the palate, it has elegant bubbles, great sapid-acid verticality, and a citrusy finish. Excellent with raw seafood.
