Langhe Doc Nebbiolo with garnet red color with reflections that tend to ruby. Bouquet with hints of wild rose as well as more spicy notes and references to the undergrowth. Velvety and round taste, with excellent harmony. It closes with a persistent finish.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grape varieties: Nebbiolo
Vinification: destemming, cold maceration for 48 hours and spontaneous fermentation with maceration for about 20 days at controlled temperature.
Aging: 8 months in large French and Austrian oak barrels. Bottling in August.

Castello di Perno's oenological project can defining itself as neoclassical, since, while respecting tradition, understood as the heritage of specific techniques and knowledge of a historical terroir, it interprets it through a sensitivity; that wants to renew itself over time, with the awareness that it is; that wines are living things and therefore & ograve; they are born, age and improve like the men who seek them as good company.
