Pale golden yellow color, it is characterized by a medium intensity bouquet with elegant floral notes protected by stone fruits - peach, apricot -, golden apple, lemon zest, pineapple. Notes of bakery, dried fruits like almonds, and some balsamic hints like fennel and bay leaf.
On the palate, it has a friendly entry, enveloping with medium body, carbonic with a crisp and invigorating consistency. Through retronasal passage, citrus, apple, and almond notes return. Long, very refreshing finish.

Grapes: 45% Xarel.lo, 45% Macabeo, 10% Parellada
Vinification: Aged on the lees in the bottle for more than 30 months.
