Package with three mixed bottles to taste three different reds from the “I Feudi di Romans” winery.
MERLOT DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Intense ruby red in color, full and fragrant bouquet with a delicate scent of raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. It has a pleasant, dry, full-bodied, harmonious, savory taste. Herbaceous and light both on the nose and on the palate.
Grapes: 100% Merlot
Denomination: DOC Friuli Isonzo
Vinification: The harvested grapes are destemmed and poured into steel tanks. Two manual pumping overs are carried out daily, with the complete mixing of the pomace. Fermentation that took place around 28° C allows the extraction of coloring substances and tannins. Then the racking and pressing is carried out. After a month of aging in steel tanks, the wine is poured into Slavonian oak barrels for further aging that lasts eight months.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Wine suitable for all meat dishes, both white and red, cooked in the oven, grilled, roasted and stewed. In Friuli it is also a wine made from medium and long-aged cheeses, pasta and beans, “fonghet eggs”, frico, baked duck.
PINOT NOIR DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
of little intense ruby red color. Delicate fruity, complex aroma, enhanced thanks to aging and aging in wood. A wine of great class and structure, on the palate velvety, round, never aggressive.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Denomination: DOC Friuli Isonzo
Vinification: Red vinification with the Ganymede method with three daily pumping over. Fermentation was kept at around 28°C: the ideal temperature for the extraction of colouring substances and tannins. After 13 days, racking and pressing. After a month of aging in steel tanks, the wine is poured into Slavonian oak barrels for further aging that lasts 8 months.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
Pairings: Feathered game, braised and roasted red meat, tasty legume soups, medium-aged cheeses and smoked meats.
REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Of garnet ruby red color tending to purple, it has an intense and pleasant aroma with a hint of wild blackberry and undergrowth. Savory, slightly tannic, with a bitter body, with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste. Young and vinous, fragrant, sparsely herbaceous.
Grapes: 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso
Denomination: DOC Friuli Isonzo
