Montepulciano Marina Cvetic is one of the 6 labels born from the private and professional bond between Gianni Masciarelli and Marina Cvetic, characterized by pure international and native vines. We are in San Martino sulla Marrucina at 400 meters above sea level, exactly in the vineyards of Colle di Paolo, Fonte Filippo, Schiavone and Colle Rosina; the lands that host the vineyards are rich in water sources and springs, which provide water richness throughout the year. These vineyards are almost all close to natural woods. This biodiversity is a true natural barrier for winds and insects, and guarantees the healthiness of the soil and the environment. Montepulciano is generally harvested in mid-October; the fermentation in steel lasts between 15 and 20 days, with a maceration of 20/30 days. The refinement lasts, depending on the vintage, between 12 and 18 months in 100% new barriques.

Marina Cvetic's Montepulciano Riserva San Martino Rosso has an impenetrable ruby red colour; the nose is rich in red and black fruit, with aromas of violet and sweet notes of cocoa and vanilla. The mouth is fragrant and severe, with well-present but ripe tannin, a certain freshness and a lot of length. Good accompanied by a scamorza and ventricina risotto.
