A soft and fruity red wine, obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes, spicy and persistent, excellent to be enjoyed as an accompaniment to traditional meat dishes, stewed and grilled.
Grapes: 20% Sangiovese, 80% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Barrel refinement: 18 months in French oak tonneaus and small barrels.
Bottle refinement: 6 months.
Color: Ruby red with violet reflections.
On the nose: Fresh fruit with spices.
In the mouth: Large and persistent with soft and deep tannins on the palate.
Pairings: Grilled and stewed red meats.
