The Mongrana Maremma Toscana Bianco by Querciabella is born from a blend of Vermentino and Viognier cultivated in organic farming. The company is also known in the Tuscan wine scene for its choice to produce vegan wines. Therefore, no animal-derived products were used in the making of this white wine with a warm and bright personality. The alcoholic fermentation and aging for several months took place in stainless steel and cement. MONGRANA MAREMMA TOSCANA BIANCO QUERCIABELLA: TASTING The Mongrana Maremma Toscana Bianco by Querciabella presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color and luminous reflections. The nose perceives aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits, white field flowers, and Mediterranean herbs intertwined with citrus notes and hints of iodine. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and salty, with pleasant fruity, herbal, and citrus sensations that persist in the finish. At the table, it pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as exquisite seafood preparations.
