Arele was born from the Tommasi family's profound experience in drying grapes, expertly combining native and international vines to create a unique wine with a strong character.
Package: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Color: Intense ruby red Aroma: Big bouquet with strong fruity, ripe red fruit, and spicy scents, great harmony. Taste: Warm, soft, and full-bodied, its persistence creates the desire to taste another glass. Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta, Merlot Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica. Vinification and aging: Partial drying of the grapes, for about 30 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25/30°C for 8 days. 12 months of aging in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Serving temperature: 16-18° C First vintage: 2010 Pairings: Perfect with pasta with full-bodied sauces, risotto, cold cuts and white and red meats.
