Tramin's Gewürztraminer Selida was produced from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes grown on the steepest terraces of the splendid Termeno area. The original vineyards lie on calcareous soils with a gravelly and clayey conformation, at an altitude between 300 and 500 meters above sea level. After the harvest and light pressing, the must was left in contact with the skins for a short time to allow greater extraction of substances, colors and aromas. After the soft pressing phase, alcoholic fermentation took place in small steel containers, at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Before marketing, Tramin's Gewürztraminer Selida was aged for 6 months in steel. The name of this young white man is a tribute to the thousand-year-old peasant culture that characterizes Termeno: Selida in the local language in fact means "small farm"

Tramin's Gewürztraminer Selida presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it expresses floral aromas of rose which combine with notes of exotic fruit such as litchi, mango and passion fruit. The sip is fresh and spicy, supported by an intense aroma that persists in the long finish. At the table it goes well with mature soft cheeses and vegetarian recipes as well as spicy and smoked dishes based on fish or white meats.
