Domaine Arnoux Père et Fils is located within the small town of Chorey-les-Beaune, all The interior of the Côte d'Or, one of the wine areas into which French Burgundy is divided. Here, from generation to generation, the art of cultivating vineyards is handed down, producing wines of absolute quality. In the vineyard, where chardonnay and pinot noir are cultivated, the terroir is reflected to the maximum, with the aim of enhancing the individual typicality. Reasoned agriculture is practiced, and treatments are carried out only in case of extreme necessity, precisely in order to maintain the profile of each one as unchanged as possible parcel. During the strictly manual harvest, more than 50 people participate to select only the best bunches, able to bring the high standards sought by Domaine to the final product. The labels produced are just under twenty, with the majority of reds, for a line capable of decline the Burgundy terroir through different denominations and areas, thus allowing fans to range and compare the nuances of each varietal in different areas. A pleasant game, which allows you to increase your cultural background in terms of French wines.
