Packaging: 3 bottles of 750 ml each. Production area: Owned olive groves located in the area of Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Castel Di Lama. Cultivar: Leccino, Frantoio, Tenera Ascolana. Altitude: 200 meters above sea level. Soil type: Medium texture tending to sandy. Training system: Palmetta Yield: 12% - 13% Harvest: From the end of October to November, by hand. Milling: The olives are crushed within 24 hours of harvest. Grinding: Cold mechanical and unfiltered Color: Green with golden yellow reflections. Scents: Fruity, floral. Taste: Slightly bitter almond, pungent. Density: Intensely full-bodied.
