The Lambrusco Amabile 'Terre Verdiane Edition 1813' by Ceci was produced from 100% Lambrusco grapes grown on sandy-clayey soils. After the harvest, which took place between the middle and the end of September, the bunches were transported to the cellar for the traditional red vinification which included the maceration of the must in contact with the skins and the first alcoholic fermentation, useful for the transformation of sugars into alcohol. In compliance with the rules of the Martinotti (or Charmat) Method, the second fermentation, which allowed the sparkling wine production, took place in an autoclave. The residual sugar is approximately 42g/l.
LAMBRUSCO AMABILE TERRE VERDIANE CHICKPEAS: TASTING
The Lambrusco Amabile Terre Verdiane di Ceci presents itself to the eye with an intense ruby red color enlivened by a persistent perlage. On the nose it releases aromas of strawberry and berries which intertwine with hints of rose and violet petals and a light vinous note. The sip is pleasantly fresh and fruity, supported by good minerality. At the table it is appreciated as a wine for the whole meal for lovers of sugary wines. Also ideal in combination with dry pastries.

The Ceci Cellars, founded by Othello, host of the lower Parma area, know how to combine the history of wine with its future. Everything was born in 1938 in his trattoria, where the best tripe in the province was eaten and where Othello he mixed the Lambrusco that he produced by buying grapes from the farmers in the area. His children Giovanni and Bruno were still children, but they had already understood what fascination the pressing of grapes aroused in them in the season of the engaging harvest. The restaurant was thus abandoned to start the adventure of the Ceci Cellars. It is a tradition that is transformed and evolved in its continuity, and which made the Ceci brothers discover their love for grapes, for wine, and for those poetic and bubbling vats, inspiring their work and suggesting them the objectives to pursue. Otello's grandchildren continue this journey: Alessandro, Maria Theresa, Maria Paola, Elisa and Chiara; they represent & nbsp; the new soul of the company and to help provide a new impetus to what has been done before, to build even more solid foundations for those who come after them; to speak through the territory and express what this land is able to give, without mystification, by aiming on the great quality of what they offer on the wine market, not neglecting product innovation, both from an organoleptic point of view that aesthetic, coming to distribute sparkling wines and Otello Nerodilambrusco in a square bottle unique in the world. The rapid expansion began in the 1990s, with the birth of Lambrusco Terre Verdiane, with which this grape variety experienced a new youth and unexpected prestige.
