Ai primi aromi di frutta rossasuccedono una miriade di aromi di frutta bianca e esotica, come lapesca bianca, il limone, il pompelmo. La bocca, elegante, vinosa,esprime la medesima complessità, con un tocco minerale e un belfinale.Champagne che dobbiamo far respirare, da abbinare a dellaselvaggina da piuma (beccaccia, fagiano, quaglia), a del pesce oanche a della carne arrostita.
