Red wine characterized by an important temperature change between night and day due to altitude, with temperatures in summer up to 4 ºC lower than those in central Chile. This results in a better maturity that gives rise to a much more balanced fruit.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grape varieties: Syrah
Vinification: 30% of the rasps are used for this variety in the fermentation process. The yeasts used are indigenous and no chemicals are added in the vinification process, just a little sulfur dioxide before bottling.
Aging: from 9 to 11 months and a further 3 months in bottle before marketing.

Andes Plateau it owes its name to the high mountains of the Andes mountain range, which rise a short distance from the Chilean company. This environment, apparently hostile to viticulture, is instead perfect for the production of high quality wines, which benefit from natural environment surrounding, uncontaminated, and the peculiar microclimate of the Chilean coast.
