The RAFFAELLA “FORTESPRESSO” blend is the result of a delicate combination of two Arabicas, Brazil and Ethiopia, which in the deep and rich red soil of Brazil and in the high altitude of the Sidamo region find their characteristic sweetness, softness of taste, roundness on the palate and optimal acidity and three robust, India, Indonesia and Uganda, which thanks to their richness in caffeine give body and they leave a slight hint of spicy wood sometimes with a chocolate finish.

The transformation of the coffee bean during the roasting process is constantly supervised by skilled hands and eyes that will give the coffee blend a unique final taste and aroma. The love for all this has allowed the product branded Antico Caffè Novecento to be born from this combination of green beans, an authentic, genuine, and spontaneous coffee, sincere.
