The Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry Millesimato by Astoria is produced from hand-picked Glera and Pinot Noir grapes that are vinified separately. For the Pinot Noir, a brief maceration on the skins was also planned to enrich the must with extracts and color. The second fermentation took place in an autoclave, where the wine rested for 40-50 days in contact with the yeasts. In accordance with the Extra Dry typology, the sugar content is between 12 and 17g/liter.

The Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry Millesimato by Astoria presents itself in the glass with a pale pink color with brilliant reflections and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, and violet combined with delicate hints of citrus and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and pleasantly fruity. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes based on fish or shellfish.
