The Lugana Brolettino by Cà dei Frati is the historic Turbiana selection of this company which, first and foremost, made Lugana known nationally and internationally. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe in October; they are vinified in steel and then carry out malolactic fermentation and refine in barrique for 10 months. After bottling, the wine matures for another 3 months before being released on the market.
LUGANA BROLETTINO CA' DEI FRATI: TASTING
The Lugana Brolettino by Cà dei Frati enters the glass with a straw yellow with antique gold reflections. On the nose it has a balsamic aura that accompanies other elegant scents: yellow peach, quince, cedar, honeysuckle, marjoram, walnut, watercress and wet white rock. On the sip it is tasty, very fresh and floral. Brolettino goes perfectly with the tasty cuisine of the lake, both fish and inland: grilled trout, risotto with tench, bigoli in sauce and pumpkin tortelli, just to name a few tasty examples.

L’azienda Ca’ dei Frati nasce a Lugana di Sirmione, sulla sponda meridionale del Lago di Garda. Nasce dalla passione della famiglia Dal Cero, che ha saputo conciliare al meglio competenza e amore per il proprio territorio.I loro vini nascono da un’attenta osservazione del territorio e della vite, attività che oramai viene gestita e portata avanti da quattro generazioni di vitivinicoltori. Le uve di ogni vigneto vengono vinificate separatamente per far risaltare il loro particolare “terroir”.Vini integri e longevi vengono creati da un meticoloso rispetto per la materia prima e dal forte legame con il territorio.
