Pinot Grigio has been grown in Trentino for decades. In the foothills and valley floor vineyards - now converted to organic viticulture - of Lavis and Gardolo, on the sandy soils originating from the deposits of the Avisio stream and the alluvial sediments of the Adige river, Pinot Grigio finds the ideal substrate. Upon organoleptic analysis, the wine shows an intense golden yellow color, with a warm and inviting aroma, rich in ripe fruit and honey. In the mouth, the rich minerality stands out, with a long and fruity aftertaste.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Pinot Grigio Area of production: Municipalities of Lavis and Trento Exposure and altitude: West, south-west; 270 m above sea level. Composition of the soil: loose sandy-loam, moderately skeletal, originated from fluvial and alluvial deposits. Type of farming: guyot, simple pergola and double pergola Planting density: 4,500 vines/ha Vinification: manual harvest in the second ten days of September, soft pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank, aging on lysis for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
