PUMPKIN AND APPLE RISOTTO - 5 bags of 250 g
Ingredients: Baldo rice 95%, pumpkin* 2%, apple* 2%, leek*, tarragon*, garlic*.
*Dehydrated or freeze-dried products.
How to prepare: toast the contents in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds. Pour in about 1 liter of boiling vegetable broth, salt, and cook for about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 2 minutes. Optional: add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano).
TRUFFLE RISOTTO - 5 bags of 250 g
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 99%, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 0.5%, flavoring.
How to prepare: toast the contents in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds. Pour in about 1 liter of boiling vegetable broth, salt, and cook for about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 2 minutes. Optional: add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano).
