At our LE ROSSE estate in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, we also wanted to experiment with particular clones of non-native vines.Among these, Pinot Grigio, which finds the best soil here: mixed gravel, alluvial. Severe pruning and a dense planting, with extremely low yields, allow us to obtain grapes of particular richness.
