Vietti's Dolcetto d'Alba Tre Vigne was produced with 100% Dolcetto grapes harvested by hand at the beginning of September. The reference vineyards are rooted in hilly soils of calcareous-clayey matrix. In the production process, the alcoholic fermentation, with maceration of the must on the skins, took place in stainless steel for approximately 1 week with various déléstages. The refinement took place for a few months in stainless steel.

Vietti's Dolcetto d'Alba Tre Vigne has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of berries together with floral hints of violet and a light vinous note. The sip is soft and harmonious, supported by round tannins and a pleasant fruity taste. At the table it goes well with cured meats and cheeses as well as delicious land preparations. Surprising in combination with pizza.
