The Fiano di Avellino by Vadiaperti Traerte was produced from 100% Fiano grapes grown in the Vadiaperti area, in the municipality of Motefredane (AV). The reference vineyards, exposed to the South, include 20-30 year old vines that grow on clayey soils, at an altitude of approximately 400 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the bunches were transported to the cellar and subjected to soft pressing. The alcoholic fermentation, which converted the sugars into alcohol, took place in stainless steel. The refinement always took place in stainless steel for a few months before bottling.
FIANO VADIAPERTI TRAERTE: TASTING
The Fiano di Avellino by Vadiaperti Traerte is presented in the glass with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of white fruit that meet floral hints of orange blossom and acacia and shy vegetal notes. The sip is fresh and balanced, supported by a vibrant mineral freshness that persists in the finish. At the table it pairs well with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
