AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DOCG 2018 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The flagship wine of the Tommasi family. The great finesse and structure, with a complex and velvety flavor, make this wine unique.
Color: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Intense, with great finesse, featuring notes of ripe cherry and plum
Taste: Complex, velvety, and full-bodied, with typical characteristics of dried grapes.
Grapes: Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta 5%
Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica, from the prestigious vineyards La Groletta and Conca D'ORO.
Winemaking and aging: Drying of the grapes for 3 months in the drying room, 15 days of fermentation in wooden barrels. 3 years of aging in Slavonian oak barrels of 35 Hl.
Alcohol content: 15% Vol.
Serving temperature: 18° C

ARELE DELLE VENEZIE IGT 2018 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Arele is born from the deep experience of the Tommasi family in the drying of grapes, skillfully combining native and international grape varieties to create a unique wine with a strong character.
Color: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Great bouquet with pronounced fruity notes of ripe red fruit and spicy, great harmony.
Taste: Warm, soft, and full-bodied, its persistence creates the desire to taste another glass.
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta, Merlot
Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica.
Winemaking and aging: Partial drying of the grapes for about 30 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25/30°C for 8 days. 12 months of aging in Slavonian oak barrels of 65 hl.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
First vintage: 2010
Pairings: Perfect with pasta with rich sauces, risottos, cold cuts, and white and red meats.
