Steinbock Alcohol free Sparkling" is the elegant alternative for those who don't drink alcohol but don't want to give up a pleasant "bubble".
It comes from the dealcoholization of a wine made from selected grapes. Thanks to an innovative technique, inside an apparatus, the atmospheric pressure is reduced (to around 15 mbar) and thus the boiling point of the alcohol is also lowered from around 78° C to around 25-30° C With this procedure the delicate aromas of the wine are almost preserved.
