The Chianti Superiore Collezione Oro by Piccini is made from 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot grapes. During the red winemaking process, the alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 25-30°C, with a maceration of the must on the skins for 8 days. The aging occurred in cement tanks for a period of 8 months.
