Aged Erouva Basso Grado is the result of the double distillation of pomace coming from various Venetian locations. The next step to distillation is that of aging. When ripe it is extracted, decanted and finally brought to the desired gradation to be then bottled. Before being placed on the market it remains in the bottle for a minimum of 30 days.

A young grappa. The name derives from the union between Ero and Grape to recall the common origin of grappa and brandy.
It is a modern and very refined interpretation, different from grappa traditional thanks to the excellent balance between the heat of the alcohol and the aromatic part.
